decodeCBORToNativeValueNoLeftoverBytes()

Decodes a CBOR-encoded data and returns the decoded value as native JS values. See decodeCBORToNativeValue() for details on errors and behavior.

In addition to errors thrown by decodeCBORToNativeValue(), it will also throw CBORLeftoverBytesError if there are any leftover bytes.
